1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") thoroughly before creating an account or
placing real-money bets on draftkingssportsbook.co. By checking the registration consent box,
logging in, depositing funds, or utilizing any of our gaming software, you agree to be bound
unconditionally by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and relevant House Rules.
2. Member Eligibility & Age Restriction
Participation in real-money sports wagering and digital casino gaming is strictly restricted to patrons
who satisfy all of the following statutory criteria:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of
account creation and bet placement.
- Must be physically located within an authorized US state or territory where DraftKings holds a
current commercial license (e.g., NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, NY, OH, IL, MA).
- Must not be designated on any mandatory state exclusion register, casino exclusion list, or
self-exclusion database.
- Must not be a professional athlete, referee, coach, or employee subject to sports league betting

Age Verification Penalty:
Any accounts registered with fraudulent identity or birth date records will be permanently terminated,
winnings confiscated, and reported to state law enforcement.
3. Account Registration & Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted exactly one (1) account across our unified ecosystem.
Creating duplicate, alias, or multi-accounting profiles to abuse promotional bonuses or circumvent
wagering caps constitutes a severe breach of this Agreement, leading to immediate fund forfeiture.
4. Wagering Rules & Odds Settlement
All sports wagers, live odds lines, Same Game Parlays (SGP), and casino game rounds are governed by our
official House Wagering Rules:
- A wager is deemed accepted only when confirmed on your digital bet slip and assigned a unique
Transaction ID.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors or inaccurate odds feeds resulting from
technical anomalies.
- In the event of sporting match cancellations, postponements, or venue relocations, settlement will
adhere to individual sport-specific bylaws.
- All slot machine spins and live table games are governed by audited Random Number Generators (RNG)
tested by certified testing laboratories.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Cashier Terms
Deposits must originate from payment cards, PayPal accounts, or bank accounts registered in the exact
legal name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within statutory timelines. Prior to initial cashouts, players
must complete standard KYC identity verification by uploading government photo ID. No fees are levied by

6. Promotional Offers & Playthrough Rollover
Promotional offers, including the 100% deposit match up to $2,000 and bonus bet credits, are subject to
specific playthrough / rollover requirements detailed in individual promotion terms. Bonus credits carry
no independent cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly without satisfying wagering criteria.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Software Integrity
Players must not engage in:
- Collusion, syndicate betting, or coordinated exploitation of market discrepancies.
- Utilization of automated bot scripts, screen-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence betting
algorithms.
- Manipulation of geolocation telemetry through proxies, VPNs, or spoofing applications.
- Money laundering, structuring, or utilizing illicitly obtained funds.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is construed in accordance with the statutory gaming regulations of the state in which
the wager occurred. In the event of an unresolved dispute, players maintain the right to submit a formal
complaint directly to the relevant State Gaming Commission (such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming
Enforcement or Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board).
